THE PROCESS

1.

FIRST CALL & GETTING

TO KNOW YOU!

Upon first contact, we schedule a FaceTime or initial call, depending on your preference. We talk about your ideas, colour schemes, venue and all the exciting things you have planned for the big day during this initial get-to-know-you chat! 

2.

BESPOKE DESIGN &

QUOTE GENERATION

After your session, we will set to work creating a custom quote for you using your theme, colour scheme, and reference photos. After that, we will email it to you within about seven to ten business days.

3.

BOOKING

When you’re happy with your design guide and quote well ask for a £50.00 save the date payment which will confirm and book your date with us. Once this is received we will start to prepare your design proposal. Along the way with us you can make changes as needed up until 6 weeks before your event when the balance is due as we understand tastes change.

4.

SIX WEEKS BEFORE

A final meeting is arranged to discuss your final guest numbers and full payment is due 6 weeks before the event.

5.

FOUR WEEKS BEFORE

At this point all final guest names and table plans are required so we can start making your on the day stationery (exciting!)

6.

DESIGN CREATION

As your special day approaches we will organise your bespoke items, gather your props and get ready to install these at your agreed venue.

7.

THE DAY BEFORE

The day before your big day we will be busy creating your fresh flower bouquets or arrangements and getting the van packed ready to arrive at the venue. 

8.

TAKE DOWN

Following your wedding day we will return to collect everything. you have no need to worry about a thing - we will liaise with the venue to arrange a collection time allowing you to reflect on your day and focus starting your life as a married couple

9.

FOLLOW UP

As a small business, feedback is important to us! We will contact around a month after your wedding to see how it all went and (hopefully!) by this time you have had a glorious honeymoon and spent some well deserved time together. We will send a link for you to leave feedback for us and ask if you wouldn’t mind sharing your professional photos with us for us to use on our socials and website.
