She has been married to her childhood sweetheart, Adam, for the past 12 years and is Mummy to Ruby and Noah.

Seeing the end result - As I create every couples concept from scratch, I can envisage it when others can't. I trust my vision and the team and love seeing it all come together.

That's a hard one! I love a romantic themed wedding, with lots of candles and soft textures, but then I also love fun, relaxed carefree events and non traditional styling.

JULIE - OWNER & SENIOR FLORIST

As Hayley's mum, Julie is the team's mamma and has over thirty years of experience in all things floral design. She can help with anything and is very hands-on when it comes to flowers and décor.

EVIE - HEAD STYLIST

Despite being the youngest person on our team, 

Evie possesses the most expertise and was the first crew member to join TEWC. As one of our head stylists, she has a natural flair for floristry and sweet / dessert displays and has overseen multiple weddings on her own.

I love seeing everything come together after months (sometimes years) of planning and when you see the end result it’s amazing!

ALISON - HEAD STYLIST

After the team coordinated Alison's wedding, she chose to join us because she was so happy with the work we did and loved planning her own wedding so much! She is incredibly creative and the owner of the wildly popular Instagram page @heuristicmommas. She is one of our head stylists and adds style and flair to every aspect of her styling. Alison has overseen multiple weddings on her own and is our arch drapery master!

I love styling arches and I'm always tasked with drapery which I love doing.

NAT - HEAD STYLIST

Hayley and Natalie have been next door neighbours and friends over almost a decade! Nat is extremely efficient and can lend her hand to any task. Her attention to detail is second to none and brings her sense of humour with her wherever she goes.

LISA - HEAD STYLIST

Lisa is an inspirational florist with a natural flair for the artistic. After seven years of friendship, she and Hayley have enjoyed styling both weddings and photo shoots together.

KELLY - HEAD STYLIST

Kelly's main background is in interior design so detailed styling comes naturally to her. She also has extensive experience of events planning, decor and bespoke gift production. After being friends back in primary school, Kelly moved away but decades later, Hayley and Kelly's paths crossed once again and they took off where they had left off!

LIKES:

Singing, eating sweets and going fly fishing!

Chicken and bacon together and rollercoasters!

The little details or personalised items that make each wedding day so unique.

FAVE COLOUR PALETTE OR THEME:

Deep autumnal colours as well as shades of green.

FAVE TYPE OF VENUE TO STYLE:

Barns-you can dress them up with elegant drapes and sparkle, go with earthy tones and add lots of rustic detail or strip them back to showcase a delicate style of natural features and textures-they are so versatile!

THE BIT I LOVE TO STYLE THE MOST:

Anything for the little guests (or the big kids!) Whether that be keeping them entertained throughout the day by setting up garden games or creating children's packs for the tables, or even just styling their mini chairs so that they enjoy and feel as part of the day as everybody else.

DANIELLE - HEAD STYLIST

Danielle is always ready to lend her hand to anything! After meeting when their daughters started school, Hayley and Danielle became close friends and has a natural flare for styling.

Sarah and Hayley were close friends in high school who lost touch, but became close again during the pandemic. Sarah is Hayley's bestie and always happy to help when she can.
